A now 14-year-old special education student took the stand in a Michigan courthouse and told the judge that over the course of three years he and his teacher would have “quickies all over the house.”
According to the Alpena News, Heather Winfield is accused of seducing and committing criminal sexual conduct against the then 11-year-old boy.
Right now, the trial is conducting a preliminary hearing.
According to the victim, he described how Winfield would shower him with gifts and bring him along on family vacations to win him over before they began the sexual affair.
He said they would have sex in the home of the married Winfield, parks, hotels and local campsites.
He even said she sent him nude photos and that he had a video of the two having sex.
Winfield’s defense team has called the victim a liar and that he fabricated the story because of a failed adoption.
They have even accused the boy of sexually assaulting her and had made threats against Winfield’s husband.
Winfield has resigned from her position at the school. If she is found guilty she could face life in prison.
