An uncooperative driver in Midtown Manhattan was pulled out of his vehicle after he rammed a police cruiser on Wednesday.
Arosmar Vazquez refused to exit his vehicle after he crashed into a police cruiser ignored officer commands and expressed his dismay by rolling up his windows and cranking up the music in his car.
When ESU teams were called, the driver rammed a police cruiser, forcing an officer to break his window and forcibly drag him out.
According to the New York Post, Vazquez was taken to Bellevue Hospital for a psych evaluation. He was later charged with resisting arrest, obstruction, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was also given a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt.
