A man has been charged for vandalism after photos and surveillance video showed him pulling down three wreaths honoring officers killed in the line of duty off a Fraternal Order of Police Lodge in Cincinnati Ohio.

The Queen City Lodge #69 released the surveillance video and a clear picture of the suspect pulling the wreaths down off the building on Saturday.

According to WLWT reporter Dan Griffin, Quincy Chapman has been charged with vandalism for the incident.

The wreaths were put up to honor the lives of the three police officers killed in the Cincinnati area since the beginning of the year.

Queen City Lodge #69 says they will repair the wreaths, or buy new ones if they have to.
