Usually third time’s the charm, but not for 24-year-old Arielle Engert — who offered three different deputies oral sex, if they dropped the charges against her.
According to an arrest affidavit obtained by the Daily News, Engert was pulled over early Monday morning in Pinellas County and charged with drunken driving. She allegedly failed a series of field sobriety tests and her blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
She also later admitted that she had a bag of marijuana in her purse, and stuffed in her bra — a small bag of cocaine.
Police say while Pinellas County Deputy Brian Sudbrink was processing her for the crimes, Ms. Engert offered to perform fellatio and other sex acts, if he dropped the charges. He refused, but the rejection did not discourage her.
When moving on to the county jail, Engert tried to make the same deal with deputies Obed Munoz and Eric Biddle. She was rejected again, and three counts of bribery were added to her rap sheet.
Engert, who has since bonded out of jail, is due to appear in court later this month.
