An Idaho Falls homeowner told an armed home-invader “wrong house buster” as he wrestles with him and the shotgun he’s carrying.
According to the East Idaho News, the masked man was looking for drugs during the invasion.
Police did find some pot and bongs inside the home but did not charge Caspian Shamel or his fiancee, who was sitting on the couch during the fight.
Police have charged Eddie Walker.
Walker apparently told police that he didn’t intend to shoot anyone, just to use the shotgun as a club if need be.
He did also admit that the gun was loaded, but the safety was on.
