Phoenix police are searching for four suspects after they attempted to complete an armed robbery at a person’s home. Their attempt was foiled after the homeowner shot first.

According to AZ Family, the incident took place on the evening of August 17th. The four men gathered outside the homeowner’s front door. The security camera installed in that area alerted the homeowner of the pending raid and allowed him to gather his own weapon.

The homeowner watched as the four men got ready and then kicked in the door. That’s when the homeowner began firing bullets in their direction.

Shocked and scared, the robbers retreated to their car and drove away.

Police released the video of the attempted robbery hoping someone can identify the suspects. Police are offering $1,000 for any tip that leads to an arrest.
