A man jumped from a three-story window and survived.
According to WSB-TV 2, he was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital and is listed in “very critical condition.”
According to Channel 2’s Richard Elliot Twitter account “Witnesses say they heard a crash and saw the body face first on Walton St.”
According to Police Deputy Chief Spillane, he was in the building for pretrial services, and was handcuffed when he jumped.
Authorities said he fell face-first onto the pavement below.
A waiter at a nearby café, Justin Israel said he witnessed the turmoil and that the guy “didn’t look in good shape.”
Atlanta Police are investigating and Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is currently in charge of the security of the building.
