When police in Manheim Township, PA raided the home of a local rapper, they found a lot more than they bargained for. Officers seized drugs, guns and cash from the home of Angel Luis Pereira aka “Giggles” and “GI, the General.” His girlfriend, 31-year-old April Medina, and a child were also living at the home. In either 2006 or 2007, Pereira moved from Lancaster City to his Manheim home.

According to Fox, Pereira, 36, was suspected to be an upper level cocaine dealer since 2004.
