A pair of bystanders recorded and watched a man try to escape police officers on a bike, and the short-lived chase ended badly for the suspect.
The incident happened in the city of Largo on Sunday.
You can hear the two bystanders cheer on the man to escape.
That’s when the man attempted to jump a curb on his bike, only to have his back wheel get caught on the concrete barrier, causing him to face plant into the ground.
Not to be deterred, the man attempts to get up and run away, but an officer quickly pulls out and deploys his taser to keep the suspect in place.
No word on why the police were chasing the man, or what charges the suspect faces.
