A Florida man arrested after throwing the contents of a water bottle at pre-teen girl, only to later commit an act of onanism in his jail cell.
27-year-old Cameron Lyons after he opened a water bottle and projected liquid at a 7-year-old girl at the splash pad at DeBary’s Community Park, in Volusia County.
After being arrested by VCSO deputies, Lyons continued to be difficult with law enforcement.
According the Tampa Free Press, Lyons was charged with child abuse without great harm, as well as an unrelated charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in a July 26 domestic incident.
While in police custody, Lyons made comments about being attracted to young girls and enjoying “playing games with them.”
While detained at a county holding cell, deputies had to restrain Lyons, who was found masturbating in his cell.
