Hollywood, Florida, police officer Danielly De Andrade has a remarkable career at the department. She was the officer of the month in June 2016, rose the ranks up to detective, and is now being called “Officer Gorgeous” on social media.
De Andrade was speaking to the media on July 11th about an investigation into a dead body on the beach. A jogger found an unresponsive white male lying face down in the sand. When the jogger found the dead person, he called 911. Hollywood police did not indicate if there was any foul play.
Someone noticed De Andrade as she was addressing the media and quickly became an admirer. They recorded the clip and put it up on social media where it quickly went viral.
De Andrade is no stranger to attention. Outside of the office, she is a fitness model and the public relations officer for the Fraternal Order of Police.
