The Florida deputy and estranged father of the “Cash Me Ousside” girl has filed a restraining order against his ex-wife, claiming the delinquent-enabling woman came at him with a knife.
Ira Peskowitz has filed a restraining order against Barbara Bregoli, mother and promoter of the juvenile delinquent-turned rapper Danielle Bregoli.
The 50-year-old Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Deputy claims that the high-strung mother has taken to weaponizing the internet in order to make his life miserable.
“It’s become unbearable,” Peskowitz told the Daily Mail. “There are non-stop calls, hundreds of emails, letters and threats from Danielle groupies who claim they want to beat me up and kill my other children.”
“Barbara is instigating the whole thing and it wreaks havoc in my life,” he added. “I’m studying for the sergeant exam. I don’t need this.”
In one passage from the restraining order, Peskowitz added that Bregoli has falsely -and publicly- accused him of various crimes, claimed he had a mental illness and even exposed the identity of the deputy’s biological mother. At one point, she allegedly assaulted him with a knife.
Bregoli’s apparent obsession with Peskowitz has been well-documented since 2003, when the mother filed a paternity lawsuit over her then-infant. who would grow up to be “Cash Me Ousside” girl.
In October, Peskowitz (smartly) surrendered his parental rights and was let off the hook for child support after the court agreed the out-of-control teen made enough money as a celebrity.
Operating under the stage name Bhad Bhabie, the young Bregoli is currently on a 32-date rap tour known as “Bhanned in the USA.” The performance is three-months long and has already sold-out tickets at some venues.
