If Lamborghinis in the fleet weren’t enough, the Dubai police force has launched a new aerial response unit – a hoverbike.
Manufactured by Russian company Hoversurf, the new unit is meant to be deployed for rapid response situations.
Perhaps it will be deployed to reign hellfire on gays, or quickly arrest women who walk on the same side of the street as men. The possibilities under Sharia Law are numerous for this new technology. Those individuals brought into the Arab Emirate to work as slave labor for the ruling class building their religious utopia best beware, as authoritarians can now crack the proverbial whip from above.
Sarcasm aside, the new toy for the police force does look like a lot of fun to take out on patrol.
