An enraged, shirtless and rotund man wearing a cowboy hat was tasered outside of his home in Florida’s Marion County, after deputies told him to turn his music down in the early hours of Saturday morning.
MCSO deputies were dispatched to the scene after a neighbor of Rick Lee Miller complained of noise issues.
The 51-year-old suspect refused to cooperate with law enforcement, and threatened to shoot the deputies if they didn’t leave his property.
“What you got?” the cowboy-hat wearing Miller slurred as he brandished several weapons.
“I’ll draw on you and kill you,” he said.
The deputy was calm and told Miller he’d leave if he turned down the music.
“Man, turn the radio down,” the deputy said.
“I have problems with you,” Miller said.
Miller initially compiled, but then retrieved a firearm and returned.
“He might be signal zero [armed] now,” the deputy told dispatch. “He’s threatening me.”
According to CBS4, deputies tasered Miller and subdued him.
Miller is currently sitting in the Marion County Jail.
