A New Hampshire state representative is now facing criminal charges after he went on a vitriol-fueled tirade against a snow plow driver who was trying to do his job.
According to WMUR, Republican state representative Jeffery Greeson confronted a snow plow driver, got in front of his truck, refused to move, and made verbal threats against him last week.
The town of Wentworth was blanketed in snow that week, and the plow driver was trying to perform his job when he was verbally accosted by the politician. Greeson even tried to physically grab the snow plow driver’s, identified as Paul Manson, cell phone as he recorded the blowup.
Greeson can be heard yelling at Manson to push the snow in different areas and away from his driveway, among many other profanities.
Greeson is now under review conduct review by the state house and was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal threatening, and simple assault.
He was released and faces a future court hearing.
Greeson says he has spoken to Manson and issued an apology.
