Authorities believe that 45-year-old Nathan Aaron Leforce may have shot a deputy serving an eviction notice before stealing his patrol vehicle and eventually carjacking a woman at a nearby gas station.

Leforce -described as a white male with neck tattoos- likely stole up to two vehicles at this point, according to the LCSO.

According to KOCO, The stolen vehicle is a gray 2010 Mazda with an Oklahoma tag AEN-616. A nearby University has been placed on lockdown.

Authorities report that while the deputy was shot in several places, he is “coherent and answering questions.”
