A Tennessee Steak ‘n Shake waitress is facing several charges after accidentally dropping a bag of cocaine in an off-duty deputy sheriff’s drink.
What’s being called a ‘coke float’ was mistakenly served by Jekievea Yearby, who now faces charges of assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, according to local media.
Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Ricky Wolfe put the call in after noticing the floating drugs in his drink.
Yearby was arrested after police reviewed surveillance video showing her drop the bag from her server’s book while she was taking his order.
Yearby also told officers she had a second bag of cocaine in her bra. Upon booking, the other bag was found, as well as a straw that tested positive for cocaine. There was approximately 0.7 grams of the drug according to FOX 17.
