A rookie with the Dallas Police Department has some serious explaining to do after what took place when he called in sick the other night.
Apparently he wasn’t too sick to make it to the Club VLive strip club in Dallas with a friend.
He and his buddy allegedly got into an argument with someone in the strip club which continued at a gas station across the street according to CBSDFW. The argument led up to the other man pulling a gun and shooting the rookie in the ankle and his friend in the leg.
But the rook had one more good idea in him and and drove to an Irving hospital for treatment where he gave a fake name, which was likely his ultimate undoing.
The young officer, who was still in training is on leave during the investigation.
The VLive strip club has been in the news recently for hosting big names from the rap and hip hop world such as Nelly and T.I., who spend tens of thousands of dollars during each visit.
