The United States Attorney’s office in Washington DC reports that of the 230 people arrested and charged with felony rioting during the Inauguration Day protests, 209 have been indicted.

The US Attorney’s Office also dismissed felony rioting charges against 12 individuals, including Michael Adkins, John Baker and Jesse Schultz.
