A grand jury of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia indicted 146 people on felony rioting charges Wednesday- yet another a consequential shockwave from the riots that took place on Inauguration Day.

The United States Attorney’s office in Washington DC reports that of the 230 people arrested and charged with felony rioting during the Inauguration Day protests, 209 have been indicted.

The US Attorney’s Office also dismissed felony rioting charges against 12 individuals, including Michael Adkins, John Baker and Jesse Schultz.

According to WJLA, law enforcement continues to investigate the incidents that took place within a four-block area from the intersection of 13th and O Street Northwest to the intersection of 12th and L Street Northwest on January 20th.
