A police officer engaged a local resident in hand-to-hand combat, building relationships within his community in the process.
The officer was spotted on camera as he put on boxing gloves and took on a local opponent in the parking lot of an apartment complex, dealing some serious punches and maneuvering with great agility, despite being laden down with all of his duty gear.
While he no doubt had the upper hand over his younger opponent, the officer became aware of the young man’s frustration and disengaged when he saw that the friendly match may get out of hand, much to the cheers of all around him.
