As the situation in Baltimore deteriorates, some are pointing to not only a lack of leadership, but a willingness to let parts of the city be “destroyed” to appease violent protesters. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake stated that she instructed police to give “those who wish to destroy space to do that.” Well, in shocking video coming out of Charm City, the results of this strategy are a clear and utter failure. Police and civilian cars are being destroyed, businesses are being looted, and as of this writing, 15 police officers have been injured and videos of attacks on citizens are coming in by the minute. Below is a compilation video of the complete chaos gripping the city.

According to CNN (yes, CNN who routinely paints police as racist thugs), seven (official number now stands at 15) Baltimore police officers have suffered major injuries, including one who is unconscious and others with broken bones received during clashes with protesters Monday.  “You’re going to see tear gas. You’re going to see pepper balls. We’re going to use appropriate methods to ensure that we’re able to preserve the safety of that community,” Baltimore PD spokesman. Eric Kowalczyk said.

Here is more aerial footage of police giving the rioters the “space” as requested by the mayor. An angry mob can be seen throwing bottles and rocks at police as they retreat to designated areas.

  1. Maybe they need the space around HER house to destroy stuff. No? That doesn’t work for mrs. Rawlings-Blake? Why not?

  2. Not only is the mayor a large part of the problem, but by giving the directive to police to “give rioters space to destroy”, she just made herself personally financially responsible for ALL of the damage done. Now lets see her pay up with her own money……..not the taxpayer money.

  3. Here is my tip for the month, when confronting those who misbehave, aim the water tanker with the permanent dye towards protesters, spray the protesters. This makes it easier to pick them at a later date, because the Police Dept. has the antidote to wash off the dye, of course there is no excuse that they weren’t there at the time

  4. The mayor telling police to back off a bit and give Rioters “Some Space to Destroy’ … doesn’t this in fact make the Mayor an Accessory To the Crime ? Along with personally inciting a riot ?

  5. Stop being nice to these rioters, start using baton rounds aka rubber bullets. If they dont get the message then use live rounds. Police are being hampered by useless politicians. We have had the same here with racist riots of black on black racism for the last few weeks. Our police also stood by and let it happen. Now we have the army called in
