Two Willoughby Hills police officers have been shot while responding to reports of an irate customer at a BMW dealership.
The unruly suspect was arguing with employees at the service department of the dealership when police were called.
Willoughby Hills police chief Christopher Collins stated that “upon making contact, there was a conversation between the officers; at some point during that contact, he drew a handgun and shots were fired.”
