Breaking: The head of Port Authority New York and New Jersey tests positive for Coronavirus
Rick Cotton, head of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has tested positive for COVID-19, according to governor Andrew Cuomo.
Also known as the Port Authority Police Department, the bi-state agency employs over 2,000 officers.
Cotton will reportedly be working from home and his staff is to undergo testing, according to Fox News.
