Kentucky State Police have deployed drones to search for a second suspect in connection with the killing of Pikeville Police Officer Scotty Hamilton.
Officer Hamilton was responding to a call with a Kentucky State Trooper when he was fatally shot.
One suspect has been apprehended. Neither his name nor that of the second suspect has been released.
Officer Hamilton is a 12-year veteran of the department and leaves behind a wife and child.
