UPDATE:
An employee, John Probst, who ran out of the building told local news outlets that the shooter is a co-worker of his.
He says there are about 30 people who work inside the building.
The shooter had a pistol with a green laser on top.
The city confirms all four officers shot in the incident are in stable condition.

Chicago Eyewitness News 7, says that multiple people, including civilians and officers, have been injured.
Officials have not confirmed if anyone has been killed, only that the injured have been taken to local hospitals.
Both the ATF and FBI are at the scene.
The shooting happened sometime around 2:30 p.m. today.
The city confirming the active shooter situation and some nearby schools have been put on lockdown.
