A young kid in Texas is in trouble for bringing a whip to his neighbor’s home, demanding their daughter come out.
“This kid comes to my door with a whip looking for my 9-year-old daughter, then puts a big ass scratch on our Audi,” the girl’s mother wrote of the encounter, which took place in Kaufman County.
“The police came out and tells us, ‘it’ll work itself out since he is moving soon,” she added.
The boy was equipped with a whip and demanded to confront the girl over a dispute.
When the father of the boy was confronted over damages, he reportedly fumbled around with a firearm, discharging it.
“He almost shot himself and his daughter standing behind him,” the girl’s mother wrote.
The father reportedly was given a felony charge of deadly conduct, according to Kaufman County Constable Precinct 2 Chief Administrator Jason Johnson.
According to Yahoo News, while the initial incident was caught on a doorbell camera, the latter was not.
