Oakland police are reportedly investigating two fans who were at RingCentral Coliseum on Sunday and allegedly engaged in a sex act during the Athletics-Mariners game.
A spectator in another part of the stadium appeared to capture video of the two fans in one of the last rows of the venue.
An Oakland Police Dept. spokesperson said they are aware of the allegations and have launched an investigation.
“The Oakland Police Department was not alerted to this until after the game,” the spokesperson told TMZ, “and we have initiated an investigation.”
If charged and convicted, the couple could face up to six months behind bars or a fine of up to $1,000.
The section with the two fans was largely empty, and attendance for Sunday’s game was just 9,314 at the 35,067-seat stadium.
