A suspect wanted in an attempted kidnapping case in South Los Angeles was apprehended after she later attempted to abduct two minors.
Claudia Guerrero, a 30-year-old LA resident, was arrested last Friday after she tried to take a little boy and girl -aged 9 and 8, respectively- from a Florence neighborhood.
Guerrero, who had been detained by two local residents, is tied to a previous attempted abduction case.
According to KTLA, other instances related to the case include the attempted abduction of two young boys on October 18.
The LAPD report that Guerrero has been charged with four counts of attempted kidnapping.
In at least one kidnapping attempt, the woman tried to claim the child she was taking belonged to her, and frequently targeted children out in the open.
