For the second time in just three months, an Arizona healthcare worker has been arrested for sexually assaulting an unconscious patient.
According to NBC News, Xavier Perez was treating a woman for back pain. While she was under medication he sexually assaulted her.
She says she remembers some of the events, but could not remember all of it due to the medication.
Scottsdale Police say Perez has admitted to the assault, and now it is investigating his actions to see if he raped any other women.
This comes after a Hacienda healthcare worker in Phoenix was arrested for raping and getting a woman in a coma pregnant.
That woman gave birth back in December.
Nathan Sutherland was arrested in January after a DNA test with the baby positively identified him.
