The Montgomery Police Department is making sure each of their new recruits gets some first-hand experience with a taser.
The Police Department posted a nearly three-minute video on it’s Facebook page showing each member of the class getting tased.
The department said this was one of the tougher parts of the academy.
Each recruit will have to pass both physical and mental exams before they become certified officers.
