An Alabama deputy is being noticed for his resemblance to a wrestler-turned actor, as the two share doppelganger-like similarities that surpasses “uncanny.”

Morgan County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Lieutenant Eric Fields’ resemblance to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is certainly noteworthy, to the point where it is difficult to tell the two apart.

“I’ve been called The Rock and Vin Diesel’s love child,” the 37-year-old Fields said. “I go along with it. It’s humorous. It’s flattering. It could be worse people, I guess.”

According to the New York Post, the deputy has no problem with his TikTok fame, which grew after local media noticed the resemblance.

I’m response, Fields occasionally busts out a catchphrase of The Rock at the request of fans.

“I don’t want to disappoint anybody,” Fields said, and “… it’s all part of “getting involved with the community.”

Fields has spent seventeen years in law enforcement.
