
A man who was suspected of completing a triple homicide drive-by shooting outside the Boys & Girls Club in Rochester New York is now dead after he was shot and killed over the weekend.
According to the Democrat & Chronicle, Everett was shot in the upper torso during the drive-by shooting on Saturday night and later died.
Police charged Jalen Everett and two others were in a car that performed the 2015 drive-by shooting.
He was acquitted, but a judge set aside the verdict after allegations of juror misconduct. He was later acquitted at his 2017 retrial.
Police do not have any suspects at this time, though there were witnesses.
