A man who was suspected of completing a triple homicide drive-by shooting outside the Boys & Girls Club in Rochester New York is now dead after he was shot and killed over the weekend.
According to the Democrat & Chronicle, Everett was shot in the upper torso during the drive-by shooting on Saturday night and later died.
Police charged Jalen Everett and two others were in a car that performed the 2015 drive-by shooting.
He was acquitted, but a judge set aside the verdict after allegations of juror misconduct. He was later acquitted at his 2017 retrial.
