A nine-year-old is apologizing to both his parents and the Madison Police Department for calling 911 after he became upset over his bedtime.
Max even sent in a handwritten note apologizing to the department for making the phone call.
According to the police department, Max called 911 after his parents told him his bedtime was 7 p.m. Max apparently didn’t like the decision and called the emergency number to tell on his parents.
The PO handling the call was able to calm the boy down and get him to go to bed.
Bad news for the parents, the police department thinks the 7 p.m. bedtime is unfair for the 9-year-old.
