A teacher from Oklahoma has pleaded ‘not guilty’ to four counts of sexual battery for engaging in sexual relations with students at a Sequoyah County School, and will return to the courtroom next year.
Brandy Lynn Foreman, a 29-year-old teacher at Central Public School, was arrested on December 5 and booked into the local jail while students were interviewed over allegations of sexual assault. She was released shortly following her arrest on a $20,000 bond. Foreman was also a cheerleading coach at the school.
Utilizing Snapchat, Foreman had sent a student nude photos around 2017 and later admitted to investigators that she had sex with the student several times.
Foremen reportedly would pick the victims up from their homes and frequently had sex with them in her car.
According to the Sequoyah County Times, county school Superintendent Larry Henson had received a report from the Oklahoma Office of the State Board of Education advising him a caller had reported possible “inappropriate sexual contact and the exchange of inappropriate photos between a teacher, Brandy Foreman, and possibly two current students and one previous student at Central School.”
Both students were reported to be between the ages of 16 and 18 at the time of their intimate interactions with Foreman and both claimed to be former students of hers.
Another student, also reported sexual assault allegations, taking place around 2018 and generally involving the use of Foreman’s personal vehicle.
